Terms & Conditions

1. About PIXELO

PIXELO is a freelance graphic design studio offering logo design, brand identity, social media design, poster/flyer design, business stationery and custom graphics. 2. Project Start & Quotations

• Quotations are shared after understanding scope, timeline and revisions on WhatsApp/email. Prices are valid for 7 days.
• Project starts after you confirm scope & quote in writing (WhatsApp or email) and, where applicable, make the agreed advance.
• All prices are quoted as “Custom Quote” because scope varies — no work begins until scope is mutually confirmed.

3. Payments

• Typically 50% advance to start, 50% before final files delivery (exact terms agreed per project).
• Payments via agreed method discussed on WhatsApp (e.g., bank transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or other mutually agreed). No card payments taken on site.
• Advance is non-refundable once work has started, as time and concepts are invested.

4. Revisions & Scope

• Each package includes defined revision rounds (mentioned on service pages). “Unlimited revisions” means fair refinements within the chosen concept — not entirely new concepts.
• New concept requests, major direction changes or additional assets after approval are treated as extra work and quoted separately.
• Please consolidate feedback in one message to avoid delays.

5. Delivery & Timeline

• Estimated timelines (e.g., Logo 2–4 days) are communicated at start and depend on prompt feedback.
• Delays in client feedback, content or advance payment extend delivery accordingly.
• Final deliverables provided digitally via Google Drive / email / WhatsApp in suitable formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG etc. as relevant).
• Rush delivery may be available on request via WhatsApp.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand name spelling, tagline, content, photos and preferences at start.
• Ensure you have rights to any reference images, fonts or text you share.
• Review proofs carefully — PIXELO is not liable for errors approved by client (spelling, numbers, dates).

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership of the final approved design for unlimited use.
• PIXELO retains the right to showcase final work in our showcase, social media or case studies (unless you request NDA in writing before start).
• Unused concepts remain property of PIXELO.
• We guarantee original work — we do not copy templates or other brands.

8. Testimonials

We may display anonymized project snippets. If you prefer not to be featured, inform us before delivery on WhatsApp 0300 882 2003.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

• Before work starts: full refund of any advance if you cancel in writing.
• After work starts: advance is non-refundable; if 50% advance paid and you cancel mid-project, no further payment due but no files delivered.
• If we cannot complete work due to unforeseen reasons, we refund advance proportionally.

10. Print & Third Parties

We provide print-ready files (300 DPI, CMYK, bleed). We are not responsible for print color variations, paper stock, or printer errors. If we recommend a printer, that printer’s terms apply.

11. Communication

Official communication is via WhatsApp 0300 882 2003 and email business.shuraim@gmail.com. Please keep conversations on these channels for record.

12. Limitation of Liability

PIXELO’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of business) arising from use of designs.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Fees for work completed till termination date remain payable. Post-termination, no files delivered beyond paid scope.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Last updated: August 2026.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, as studio operates from Pakistan. Any disputes to be resolved amicably via discussion on WhatsApp/email first.
